Christmas tree

Este año, con la excusa de hacer una felicitación de navidad original, he creado un pequeño árbol de navidad para la Casa de Muñecas de Marie Jo (bueno, realmente ha sido al revés. Una vez hecho el árbol, lo he utilizado para hacer la felicitación de navidad).

This year, with the excuse of making an original Christmas greeting, I created a small Christmas tree for the Marie Jo Dolls House (well, it was really the other way around.) Once the tree was made, I used it to make the Christmas card).

Como no tenía nada para poder hacerlo, he pasado por el suministrador asiático y he adquirido algo de material.

Since I did not have anything to do it, I went through the Asian supplier and acquired some material.

- Un blíster con dos arbolitos “nevados”, de tamaño pequeño. Existe otro de tamaño más grande, pero para hacerlo para los niños de la casa, me era más que suficiente. El año que viene tengo la excusa de hacer otro con un abeto más grande.

- Abalorios de colores y plateados, aunque este último al final no lo he usado, por no quedar muy bien.

- Abalorio de bolitas doradas y estrellas doradas

- Hilo dorado. Realmente lo he adquirido en una mercería y es hilo de punto de cruz.

- Pegamento de Cianocrilato

- Pinzas para la manipulación de todo ello.

- A blister pack with two "snowy" small trees. There is another larger one, but to do it for the children of the house, it was more than enough. Next year I have the excuse to make another one with a bigger fir.

- Beads of colors and silver, although this last one in the end I have not used it, for not being very well.

- Trinket of golden balls and golden stars

- Golden thread. I have really purchased it in a haberdashery and it is cross-stitch yarn.

- Cyanoacrylate glue

- Clamps for handling all this.

Lo primero que hago es eliminar el exceso de “nieve” del abeto, a base de dar golpes hasta que no se suelte nada. La nueve que lleva es porex espumado triturado (también conocido como corcho blanco), que ha sido colocado en gran cantidad para el poco pegamento que han puesto.

The first thing I do is eliminate the excess "snow" of the fir tree, by hitting until nothing is released. The nine that it carries is crushed foamed porex (also known as white cork), which has been placed in great quantity for the little glue that they have put.

Con pequeñas gotas de cianocrilato (muy pequeñas, por favor), he ido colocando el hilo dorado a modo de guirnalda, en espiral, desde arriba hasta abajo del abeto.

With small drops of cyanoacrylate (very small, please), I have been placing the golden thread as a garland, in spiral, from above to below the fir tree.

Cuando la he colocado no apretado el hilo, ya que mi intención es que parezca un adorno navideño, y no la de aprisionar el abeto.

When I have placed it not tight the thread, since my intention is to look like a Christmas ornament, and not to imprison the fir.

Siguiendo poniendo poco, muy poco cianocrilato, voy colocando abalorios dorados, de una forma aleatoria.

Still putting little, very little cyanoacrylate, I'm placing golden beads, in a random way.

Para depositar estas bolitas, utilizo las pinzas de modelismo.

To deposit these balls, use the modeling clips.

Como al colocar estos abalorios dorados, junto con el hilo dorado, el resultado es muy navideño, pero demasiado monocromático, aplico bolitas de abalorios rojos y azules.

As when placing these golden beads, together with the golden thread, the result is very Christmas, but too monochromatic, I apply beads of red and blue beads.

Con ello he conseguido dar una sensación agradable a la vista del conjunto de adornos del árbol.

Por último, y como si de un árbol real de Navidad se tratase, coloco la estrella.

With this I have managed to give a pleasant feeling to the sight of the set of ornaments of the tree.

Finally, as if it were a real Christmas tree, I place the star.

Y ya tenemos terminado el arbolito.

And we have finished the little tree.

Aunque parezca mentira, este trabajo me ha llevado más de media hora, en especial para que el cianocrilato no cayese en exceso para embadurnar y estropear el trabajo.

El resultado final ha sido el siguiente.

Oddly enough, this work has taken me more than half an hour, especially so that the cyanoacrylate does not fall to excess to smear and spoil the work.

Una vez realizado, y antes de entregárselo a Marie Jo, lo he utilizado para la base de mi felicitación de Pincel y Masilla.

Once made, and before delivering it to Marie Jo, I have used it for the base of my Pincel y Masilla greeting.

Si ponemos minis de 28mm, el abeto es uno de los grandes.

If we put 28mm minis, the fir is one of the big ones.

Una vez terminado el trabajo, nos preparamos Marie Jo, mi pareja, y yo a hacer las fotos, me da por hacer un “Caga Tió”, muy típico de Catalunya.

Once the work is finished, we prepare Marie Jo, my partner, and I to take the pictures. I get to make a “Caga Tió”, very typical of Catalonia.

El material usado ha sido.

- Un trozo de tronco del que venden en suministros asiáticos para ambiente del belén.

- Fieltro rojo.

- Pintura blanca.

- Rotulador negro.

- Rotulador rojo.

- 2 trozos de palito de brochetas.

- Impresión de una tela militar para 1/35.

The material used has been.

- A piece of trunk that they sell in Asian supplies for the nativity scene environment.

- Red felt.

- White paint.

- Black marker.

- Red marker

- 2 pieces of stick skewers.

- Printing of a military fabric for 1/35.

Como se puede ver en la foto, es muy sencillo de hacer, y apenas me ha llevado 15 minutos hacerlo. He tardado más en cortar el tronco que en todo lo demás.

Y el toque final ha sido el realizar de forma muy rápida y sencilla, un montón de elementos con papel, a modo de regalos.

As you can see in the picture, it is very easy to do, and it has only taken me 15 minutes to do it. I have taken longer to cut the trunk than in everything else.

And the final touch has been to make very fast and simple, a lot of items with paper, as gifts.

Incluso algunos ya abiertos, para componer la viñeta para la foto.

Y el resultado final, dispuesto todo frente a la chimenea, ha sido como se ve en las fotos siguientes.
