PLAQUETAS - BASES
Las plaquetas se han creado de la misma forma que para la
Caballería CV y los Mandos
The Bases have been created in the same way as
for the CV Cavalry and the Commands
Terreno - Ground
Para colocar la textura se puede colocar masilla acrílica de
diferente grado de textura, o aplicar arenas.
Para estas plaquetas, se ha utilizado una mezcla de arenas y
tierras que realice hace poco con las sobras de tres botes, de diferentes
grosores.
Acrylic putty of different grade of texture can
be placed to apply the texture, or apply sands.
For these platelets, a mixture of sand and
earth has been used recently with the leftovers of three containers of
different thicknesses.
Esta arena se engancha con cola blanca sobre la plaqueta.
This sand is hooked with white glue on the
base.
Una vez bien seco se le da un baño de Lavado Sepia (Game
Color Wash 73.300).
Once it is dry, it is given a Sepia Wash bath
(Game Color Wash 73.300).
Digo bien seco, porque no sería la primera vez que aplico el
lavado ligeramente rebajado con agua y me llevo la tierra de la plaqueta.
El lavado es un producto acuoso, y el agua es el diluyente
de la cola blanca. Las dos cosas juntas es mala combinación.
Lo que suelo hacer es poner la tierra en las plaquetas por
la noche antes de dormir y al día siguiente,
también por la noche, que sé que
está bien seco y no le afecta el agua a la cola blanca, aplico el
lavado.
I say very dry, because it would not be the
first time I apply the wash slightly lowered with water and I take the land of
the plate.
Washing is an aqueous product, and water is the
diluent of white glue. The two things together is bad combination.
What I usually do is put the soil on the
platelets at night before sleeping and the next day, also at night, I know it
is very dry and the water does not affect the white tail, I apply the washing.
Cuando el lavado esté seco, se aplica con pincel semiseco el
Amarillo Piedra (Model Color 882-118) como 1ª luz. Este color nos conferirá un
color verdoso de fondo, bastante realista para la mayoría de terrenos en
Hispania.
When the washing is dry, Yellow Stone (Model
Color 882-118) is applied as a 1st light with a semi-dry brush. This color will
give us a greenish background color, quite realistic for most terrains in
Hispania.
Se aplica otro pincel semiseco como 2ª luz: el Arena Marrón.
Esta pintura no debe cubrir para para nada el amarillo
piedra.
Another semi-dry brush is applied as 2nd light:
the Brown Sand.
This painting should not cover for anything the
yellow stone.
El tono que tenemos en estos momentos es “excesivamente
oscuro y marrón”, por lo que debemos aclararlo.
Primero aplicamos con un pincel semiseco el Beige (Model
Color 917-008), que le confiere un color marcadamente ocre y seco al terreno
superficial.
The tone we have at the moment is
"excessively dark and brown", so we must clarify it.
First we apply with a semi-dry brush the Beige
(Model Color 917-008), which gives a markedly ocher and dry color to the
surface.
Y por último le daremos un toque de iluminación “solar” muy
convincente, con el Carne Mate (Model Color 988-018), a base de un pincel seco.
And finally we will give a touch of
"solar" lighting very convincing, with the Flat Skin (Model Color
988-018), based on a dry brush.
Una vez seca la pintura podemos proceder con la siguiente
fase.
Once the paint is dry, we can proceed with the
next phase.
Vegetación - Vegetation
Para añadir la primera vegetación, usare una serie de
productos que ya son habituales en mis artículos
Pegamento
Scenic Cement de Woodland Scenic.
Un pequeño recipiente para el pegamento.
Un pincel económico, pero de cerdas algo blandas.
Microflock
Verde Otoño.
To add the first vegetation, I will use a
series of products that are already common in my articles
Glue Scenic Cement of Woodland Scenic.
A small container for the glue.
An economic brush, but with somewhat soft bristles.
Green Microflock
Autumn.
Para colocar el microflock, dejaremos la cantidad adecuada
para que la zona este mojada y dispersada por capilaridad.
To place the microflock, we will leave the
appropriate amount so that the area is wet and dispersed by capillarity.
Se debe hacer por capilaridad, ya que de otra forma no se
verían las piedras entremedio de la vegetación.
Debemos ir manchando con pegamento por zonas y cubriendo lo
con microflock.
It must be done by capillarity, since otherwise
the stones would not be seen between the vegetation.
We should go staining with glue by areas and
covering it with microflock.
Al momento se puede expulsar el exceso de material, ya que
ha quedado bien adherido.
At the moment you can expel the excess
material, since it has been well adhered.
Después del microflock, que deja una plaqueta con sensación
de césped para 15mm, se incorpora el miniflock.
After the microflock, which leaves a plate with
a lawn feel for 15mm, the miniflock is incorporated.
El Miniflock es un elemento escénico para representar
pequeñas plantas de cierta altura, sin llegar a ser tipo arbusto o de tallos
largos.
Este material no puede ser enganchado con el pegamento
Scenic Cement, ya que su volumen necesita una cola un poco más espesa, por lo
que se utiliza cola blanca.
The Miniflock is a scenic element to represent
small plants of a certain height, without becoming a bush type or with long
stems.
This material can not be hooked with the Scenic
Cement glue, since its volume needs a slightly thicker glue, so white glue is
used.
Se deposita una cantidad suficiente de cola blanca en el
punto deseado, para colocar el miniflock. Debido a su volumen esponjoso y
suelto, se debe presionar la cantidad depositada. Para ello el mango del propio
pincel que se utiliza para la cola, sirve para este menester.
A sufficient amount of white glue is deposited
at the desired point, to place the miniflock. Due to its spongy and loose
volume, the amount deposited must be pressed. For this the handle of the brush
itself that is used for the tail, serves for this task.
Una vez enganchada en la posición requerida y eliminado el
exceso, se puede observar un volumen en la vegetación.
Once hooked in the required position and
removed the excess, you can see a volume in the vegetation.
Acto seguido se decide colocar flock color Verde Oliva.
Next, it was decided to place an Olive Green
flock.
Este flock es el utilizado en maquetismo ferroviario para
imitar vegetación alta y para representar el follaje de los árboles.
En este caso, se toma una porción del tamaño deseado y se
coloca de la misma forma que con el miniflock, pero colocando mayor cantidad de
cola en el punto deseado.
Se recomienda que la porción escogida sea colocada por medio
de unas pinzas, que harán presión para que la porción se quede enganchada.
This flock is used in railway mock-up to mimic
tall vegetation and to represent the foliage of trees.
In this case, take a portion of the desired
size and place it in the same way as with the miniflock, but placing more
amount of glue at the desired point.
It is recommended that the chosen portion be
placed by means of tweezers, which will make pressure so that the portion
remains hooked.
Una vez colocada, el efecto visual es muy aceptable.
Once placed, the visual effect is very
acceptable.
Lo último que se realiza es aplicar barniz antibrillo, para
evitar que la pintura y otros elementos se desprendan.
The last thing that is done is to apply
anti-glare varnish, to prevent the paint and other elements from falling off.
