[15mm] Iberian Caetrati 2 for Historical

Segimos ampliando el ejército Íbero. Ahora se añaden 8
unidades más de caetratis.
No se va a hacer un paso a paso de como se han hecho, ya que

We continue expanding the Iberian army. Now 8
more units of caetratis are added.
It is not going to do a step by step of how

Recuperamos miniaturas pintadas hace muchos años, pero que
nunca se terminaron de crear sus bases
We recovered miniatures painted many years ago,
but never finished creating their bases
Como
el pintado de estas minis fue realizado muy rápido y simplón, con color base
más una simple sombra a base de lavado con Sepia, a lo que hay que añadir que
con el transcurso de los años la pintura ha saltado en algúnos puntos, se ha
optado por desemplaquetar las miniaturas, decaparlas e imprimarlas de nuevo en
negro.
As the
painting of these minis was done very fast and simple, with base color plus a
simple shade based on washing with Sepia, to which it must be added that over
the years the painting has jumped at some points, it has opted to dismantle the
miniatures, pick them and print them again in black.
Lo primero que se pinta, es la piel.
The first thing that is painted is the skin.
Después se pinta el pelo y las crines de algunos cascos.
Then the hair and the horsehair of some helmets
are painted.
Al uniforme se le aplica el color base, más las sombras y
luces. Para terminar, se aplica el rojo de las cenefas.
The base color is applied to the uniform, plus
the shadows and lights. To finish, the red of the borders is applied.
Existe una miniatura con capa, por lo que esta se pinta en
rojo.
There is a miniature with a layer, so it is
painted in red.
A esta misma miniatura se pinta el pantalón que lleva de
verde.
This same model is painted with green pants.
Los cueros se trabajan como se ha hecho con el resto de
miniaturas,
Se podrá pintar cada tipo de correaje y el calzado con tonos
diferentes de cueros, pero se ha optado por hacer todos del mismo color.
The leathers are worked as has been done with
the rest of the miniatures,
You can paint each type of belt and shoes with
different shades of leathers, but has chosen to make all the same color.
Ya tenemos a las miniaturas pintadas, a falta de las armas y
metales.
Primero se pinta el color madera; el interior de los
escudos, la funda de las espadas y el asta de las lanzas.
We already have the miniatures painted, in the
absence of weapons and metals.
First the wood color is painted; the inside of
the shields, the sheath of the swords and the spear shaft.
Intentando crear escudos diferentes, se pinta cada uno de
una forma “personalizada”.
Trying to create different shields, each one is
painted in a "personalized" way.
Y por último se pintan los colores metálicos.
And finally the metallic colors are painted.
Se fijan las miniaturas a las bases.
The thumbnails are fixed to the bases.
Y se procede a poner el terreno y la vegetación a las bases.
El resultado final es el siguiente.
And we proceed to put the land and vegetation
to the bases.
The final result is the following.
Nótese que se ha añadido un elemento Nuevo a las bases de
las unidades: matas de hierba prefabricada.
Note that a new element has been added to the
bases of the units: prefabricated grass bushes.
El motivo de usarlas en esta escala, es porque son
recuperadas de un trabajo de Casa de Muñecas de mi esposa, y para no tirarlas,
las he reutilizado en estas bases.
The reason to use them in this scale, is
because they are recovered from a work of my wife's House of Dolls, and not to
throw them away, I have reused them in these bases.
Pero como la mata de hierba con flores es demasiado grande
para 15mm (las que tengo son para escala 28mm o superior), se ha cortado por la
mitad.
But since the grass with flowers is too big for
15mm (the ones I have are for a scale of 28mm or more), it has been cut in
half.
Aunque en algunas se ha usado el sistema de vegetación que
hasta ahora se había utilizado.
Although in some the vegetation system that
until now had been used has been used.
Y ahora se irán hacienda de 8 en 8, Scutariis y Caetratis.
Una vez finalizados, le tocará el turno a los bagajes y a
los mercenarios Celtiberos.
