2nd Group of Medieval Spanish Knights for DBMM
Seguimos con el encargo del pintado del ejército de Medieval
Spanish, Corona de Aragón, Feudal Catalán, y en esta artículo os presento al 2º
grupo de caballeros pintados.
Este grupo de 4 Caballeros se han pintado de la familia
Entença, Montada, Conde Melguellh de Toulouse (Occitania), y Urgell.
We continue with the commissioning of the
painting of the Medieval Spanish army, Corona de Aragón, Feudal Catalán, and in
this article I present to you the 2nd group of painted knights.
This group of 4 Knights have been painted from
the Entença, Montada, Count Melguellh from Touloues (Occitania), and Urgell
families.
Los paso a paso del pintado
de caballos y del pintado de las sobrevestas
y gualdrapas, los podéis ver en artículos anteriores, lo único que puede
variar es el escudo de armas de cada condado o señorío.
The step by step of the horse painting and the painting of the surcoats and horse cloth , you can see them in
previous articles, the only thing that can vary is the coat of arms of each
county or manor.
Para las gualdrapas de los caballos, se han pintado según su
escudo de armas.
Caso especial es la familia Entença (o Entenza), caballeros
mercenarios, que cada uno de ellos tenía un escudo personal, y no uno genérico
familiar.
Por ello cada caballo tiene su propio color de gualdrapa.
For the horse horse cloth, they have been
painted according to their coat of arms.
Special case is the Entença family (or
Entenza), mercenary knights, that each of them had a personal shield, and not a
generic family one.
Therefore, each horse has its own horse horse color.
Los caballeros de Montcada, con su color rojo y sus ocho
puntos amarillos, que ya se vio en este otro artículo.
El pintado de la gualdrapa de los caballeros de occitania, y
del conde de Toulous, se pinta de la misma forma y con los mismos colores que
las de los caballeros de Montcada, pero en vez de pintos, se pinta la
característica cruz hueca de esta región de la Corona Aragón medieval.
The painting of the horse cloth of the Knights
of Occitania, and of the Count of Toulous, is painted in the same way and with
the same colors as those of the Knights of Montcada, but instead of pintos, the
characteristic hollow cross of this Crown region of medieval Aragon.
Los caballeros de Urgell, con su característica gualdrapa
ajedrezada en negro y amarillo
The Urgell knights, with their characteristic
checkered horse cloth in black and yellow
Posteriormente se pinta las armaduras y sobrevestas de los
caballeros, empezando por los de la familia Entença.
Later, the armor and coats of the knights are
painted, starting with those of the Entença family.
La de los caballeros de Montcada, con los mismos colores y
tratamiento que la gualdrapa de sus caballos.
The one of the Montcada knights, with the same
colors and treatment as the horse cloth of their horses.
En el caso de los caballeros de Occitania, la figura con
capa se ha tratado con diferentes tonos de rojos, para diferencial la
gualdrapa, la sobrevesta y la capa.
In the case
of the knights of Occitania, the cloaked figure has been treated with different
shades of reds, to differentiate the horse
cloth, the overcoat and the cloak.
En el caso del caballero de Urgell que lleva sobrevesta, no
se ha ajedrezado, simplemente se ha pintado en colores amarillos.
In the case of the Urgell gentleman who wears
the overcoat, it has not been checked, it has simply been painted in yellow
colors.
Y por último, se añaden los escudos con los colores de su
correspondiente heráldica de armas, como en el caso de la familia Entença, que
dada uno de ellos lleva un diseño diferente.
And finally, the shields with the colors of
their corresponding arms heraldry are added, as in the case of the Entença
family, which given one of them has a different design.
O como los de Montcada, la misma en cada uno de ellos.
Or like those of Montcada, the same in each one
of them.
En los caballeros de Occitania, se ha añadido el escudo del
condado, la cruz hueca amarilla, en la figura central el escudo personal del
conde Melguellh, y en una de las otras dos, la bandera del condado, para que el
propietario de las minis pueda usarlo como caballero o como General.
In the Knights of Occitania, the county coat of
arms, the yellow hollow cross has been added, in the central figure the
personal shield of Count Melguellh, and in one of the other two, the county
flag, so that the owner of the minis can use it as a knight or as a General.
Y los caballeros de Urgell, el escudo ajedrezado
característico a cada uno de ellos.
And the Urgell knights, the characteristic
checkered shield for each of them.
Una vez pintado, se enganchan las minis en cada una de sus
placas.
Once painted, the minis are hooked on each of
their plates.
Por último, se añade el terreno.
Y las fotos finales de las unidades completas.
Finally, the terrain is added.
And the final photos of the complete units.
