[Die Cast] 1/40 Ford Woody - Part 3, interior.
En la primera parte se ha explicado como se ha realizado el
envejecimiento de la carrocería, en la segunda parte se ha realizado el
ensuciado de bajos y ruedas, y ahora se explica como se ha realizado las
piezas del interior del vehículo.
In the first part it has been explained how the
aging of the body has been carried out, in the second part the soiling of the
dirtying of underbody and wheels, and now it is explained how the parts
inside the vehicle have been made.
Primero recordemos que habíamos empezado con el desmontaje
de todas las piezas del vehículo.
Let's first remember that we had started with
the disassembly of all the parts of the vehicle.
Las piezas del interior a pintar, con las de color claro que
se ve en la anterior imagen.
Estas piezas se impriman en negro mate, ya que el suelo del
vehículo es negro y no lo pintaremos, más allá de esta imprimación, ya que no
se verá.
The interior parts to be painted, with the
light-colored ones seen in the previous image.
These pieces are printed in matt black, since
the floor of the vehicle is black and we will not paint it, beyond this primer,
since it will not be seen.
En el asiento intermedio de la pieza central, hay una
maleta, mientras que en el asiento posterior hay dos.
Como se considera que hay un exceso de maletas, se opta por
cubrirlas con una lona.
Para ello se realizará con papel maché.
Para hacer una manta o lona, se usa pañuelos tisú, tipo
“kleenex”. Para ello se utiliza un
pañuelo sin dibujo alguno, de los que vienen en las cajas de 100 usos.
Si se usa el pañuelo que viene en paquetes de 10 unidades,
que vienen con dibujos diferentes, al usar está técnica, el dibujo se notará y
estropeará el trabajo.
Se corta un trozo de papel del tamaño que queramos que tenga
la lona desplegada, después se dobla para dar cuerpo y se empapa con cola blanca
al 50% con agua.
Con el papel impregnado de cola, se coloca en su posición y
con la forma que se desea que tenga al final.
Pasado unos 30 minutos, ya tenemos el papel relativamente
seco y a la hora y media, duro y listo para ser pintado.
En el caso de los asientos de este Ford Woody, se ha
colocado sobre las dos maletas del asiento posterior, para cubrir una
completamente y la segunda parcialmente.
In the middle seat of the centerpiece, there is
a suitcase, while in the back seat there are two.
As it is considered that there is an excess of
suitcases, it is chosen to cover them with a canvas.
This will be done with papier-mâché.
To make a blanket or canvas, tissue is used,
type "kleenex". For this, a handkerchief without any drawing is used,
one of those that come in boxes of 100 uses.
If you use the handkerchief that comes in
packages of 10 units, which come with different drawings, when using this
technique, the drawing will be noticeable and will spoil the work.
Cut a piece of paper of the size that we want
the unfolded canvas to have, then it is folded to give it body and soaked with
50% white glue with water.
With the paper impregnated with glue, it is
placed in its position and with the shape you want it to have at the end.
After about 30 minutes, we already have the
paper relatively dry and at an hour and a half, hard and ready to be painted.
In the case of the seats of this Ford Woody, it
has been placed on the two rear seat cases, to cover one completely and the
second partially.
Asientos - Seating
Los asientos del Ford Woody originalmente son de skay, que
solía variar dependiendo del color del vehículo.
En el caso de los coches de color rojo, el asiento era de
color marrón.
Ford Woody seats are originally skay, which
used to vary depending on the color of the vehicle.
In the case of the red cars, the seat was
brown.
Para dar la sensación de que son del material sintético de
skay, se a optado por colocar el característico reborde del cosido entre la
parte superior y la interior.
Para ello se utiliza hilo de cobre de manualidades de
0,30mm.
Realmente no es hilo de cobre, ya que sería carísimo, sino
de una aleación de aluminio con color rojizo, no conductor de electricidad.
Rebordearemos todos los asientos con este alambre. Y como no
queremos que los asientos parezcan nuevos, no tendremos nada de cuidado en
ponerlo recto ni exactamente en el borde entre lo que serían las dos partes del
tapizado.
To give the sensation that they are made of
synthetic skay material, it has been chosen to place the characteristic stitching
edge between the upper part and the inner part.
For this, 0.30mm copper craft wire is used.
It is not really copper wire, since it would be
very expensive, but a reddish aluminum alloy, not conductive of electricity.
We will surround all the seats with this wire.
And since we do not want the seats to look new, we will not be careful to put
it straight or exactly on the edge between what would be the two parts of the
upholstery.
Ya se tiene preparado los asientos para su pintado.
Para ello se utilizarán 10 colores diferentes.

painting.
For this, 10 different colors will be used.
Para el color base se los asientos, se aplica el color
Tierra (Model Color 873-142).
For the base color of the seats, the color US Field
Drab is applied (Model Color 873-142).
Se aplica en pasadas verticales, ya que el color negro de la
imprimación será interesante que se entrevea, ya que se quiere dar un aspecto
desgastado y sucio a los asientos.
También se aplica el Marrón Chocolate (Model Color 872-149),
en los bajos y traseros de los asientos.
It is applied in vertical strokes, since the
black color of the primer will be interesting to show, since you want to give a
worn and dirty look to the seats.
Chocolate Brown (Model Color 872-149) is also
applied to the bottom and rear of the seats.
Para las sombras, en vez de dar un color oscuro, se ha
aplicado el Caoba (Liquid Acrylic 820) al color tierra, que nos ofrece un matiz
más de skay al conjunto, y Pardo Negro (Model Color 822-150) al color
chocolate.
For the shadows, instead of giving a dark
color, Mahogany (Liquid Acrylic 820) has been applied to the earth color, which
offers us a more skay hue to the whole, and Black Brown (Model Color 822-150)
to the chocolate color.
Ahora llega el momento de los desgastes y para ello usaremos
colores claros.
Para las luces del color tierra y a la vez los primeros
desgastes, se usa Tierra Oscura (Model Color 874-134), para las luces en
especial sobre los desgastes verticales y horizontales que el cuerpo de los
ocupantes pueden haber hecho sobre el skay, y debemos recordar aplicar este
color en los rebordes de las costuras.
Now comes the time for wear and tear and for
this we will use light colors.
For the lights of the earth color and at the
same time the first wear, Tan Earth (Model Color 874-134) is used, for the
lights especially on the vertical and horizontal wear that the body of the
occupants may have made on the skay, and we must remember to apply this color
on the edges of the seams.
Con Marrón Amarillo (Model Color 912-122) se dará el color a
la espuma que se ve en las roturas del skay.
Para el reborde de estas roturas de la espuma vista, se
aplica Marrón Chocolate, para dar al de profundidad y delimitar esta rotura.
Para las luces de la espuma, se aplica primero Arena Iraquí
(Model Color 819-124) y una luz más intensa, el Beige (Model Color 917-008).
With Tan Yellow (Model Color 912-122) the color
will be given to the foam that is seen in the breaks of the skay.
Chocolate Brown is applied to the edge of these
breaks in the visible foam, to give depth and delimit this break.
For the foam lights, apply first Iraqui Sand
(Model Color 819-124) and a more intense light, Beige (Model Color 917-008).
Maletas - Suitcases
Para las maletas, se han pintado de dos tonos.
For the suitcases, they have been painted in
two tones.
Una de ellas con el color base Cuero Rojo (Model Color
818-136), y para la otra el marrón Cuero (Model Color 940-138).
Sobre estos colores base se han aplicado el Lavado Sombra
(Game Color Wash 203), para los perfilados y sombras, y el Carne Dorada (Model
Color 845-020)m que mezclados con los colores base de las mletas, daremos las
luces correspondiente.
Para los metalizados, como los refuerzos y cierre, se ha
utilizado el Acero Engrasado (Model Color 865-177), el Lavado Sepia (Game Color
Wash 200) para las sombras y envejecimiento, y el Aluminio (Model Air 062) para
las luces.
One of them with the base color Red Leather (Model
Color 818-136), and for the other the Saddle brown (Model Color 940-138).
On these base colors, the Umber Wash (Game Color
Wash 203) has been applied, for the outlines and shadows, and the Sunny Skin
Tone (Model Color 845-020) m that, mixed with the base colors of the mletas, we
will give the corresponding highlights.
For metallics, such as reinforcements and
closures, Oily Steel (Model Color 865-177), Sepia Wash (Game Color Wash 200)
for shadows and aging, and Aluminum (Model Air 062) have been used for lights.

Lona - Lone
Para la lona que cubre las maletas posteriores, se han
utilizado sólo 4 colores.
For the lone that covers the rear cases, only 4
colors have been used.
A la lona se aplica un Marrón Mate (Model Color 984-140)
como color base.
Al final se ha optado por realizar unas sombras y luces
exageradas y planas (nada de veladuras), ya que esta debe estar en el interior
del vehículo y, a su vez, cerrado por lo que serán los cristales de plástico,
que son de un dudoso transparente.
Para las sombras se ha utilizado de nuevo el Lavado Sombra,
para perfilados y las primeras sombras, y luego el Pardo Negro, para las
sombras más duras.
Para las luces se ha utilizado el Marrón Corcho (Model Color
843-133).
A Flat Brown (Model Color 984-140) is applied
to the lone as the base color.
In the end, we have chosen to make exaggerated
and flat shadows and lights (no glazing), since this must be inside the vehicle
and, in turn, closed by what will be the plastic windows, which are of a
doubtful transparent.
For the shadows, the Umber Wash has been used
again, for outlines and the first shadows, and then the Black Brown, for the
hardest shadows.
Cork Brown (Model Color 843-133) has been used
for the lights.
Salpicadero - Dashboard
El salpicadero es una pieza relativamente pequeña con una
gran cantidad de detalles, para lo que debemos utilizar colores crema, que
serán los mismos para las puertas que llevan la madera.
The dashboard is a relatively small piece with
a lot of details, for which we must use cream colors, which will be the same
for the doors that have wood.
Como son muchos colores los que se han utilizado, los
enumeraré como una lista, según el orden de utilización, y para que se han
utilizado.

- Marrón Amarillo (Model Color 912-122), como color base.
- Beige (Model Color 917-008), mezclado con el Marrón

y del reloj.
- Blanco (Model Color 951-001), para los indicadores y
manecillas del velocímetro y del reloj.
- Arena Iraquí (Model Color 819-124), para el color base del
volante.
- Arena Clara (Model Color 837-007), para las luces del
volante.
- Acero Engrasado (Model Color 865-177), como color base de todos
los metalizados.
- Latón (Model Color 801-174), para el centro del volante.
- Aluminio (Model Air 062), como primera luz del velocímetro,
del reloj y palanca de la bocina.
- Lavado Sepia (Game Color Wash 200), para las sombras y
ensuciado del color Acero.
- Chromo (Metal Color 707), Para la segunda luz del
Velocímetro, del reloj y palanca de la bocina, así como para todo el resto de
interruptores del cuadro de mando.
- Tan Yellow (Model Color 912-122), as the base

Montaje del
Interior - Interior Assembly
Ahora ya tenemos ciertas partes terminadas que ya se pueden
montar.
Now we have certain parts finished that can be
assembled.
El primer conjunto son los asientos, que fijaremos con
cianocrilato el asiento delantero, con el conjunto de resto de asientos.
The first set are the seats, which we will fix
with cyanoacrylate the front seat, with the rest of the seats.
El conjunto de asientos lo fijaremos, también con cianocrilato,
al chasis.
We will fix the set of seats, also with
cyanoacrylate, to the chassis.
El salpicadero no se puede montar aun en la carrocería, ya
que si se monta, nos dificultará la colocación correcta de la pieza de los
cristales.
De todas formas, el resultado, una vez montado, será este.
The dashboard cannot be mounted even on the
bodywork, since if it is mounted, it will make it difficult for us to correctly
place the glass part.
Anyway, the result, once assembled, will be
this.
El montaje (provisional) de lo que se lleva pintado, se ve

El siguiente trabajo será el pintado y envejecido de los
paneles exteriores con los embellecedores de madera.
