[15mm] Pintado Tanques 2GM - 5ª Parte

Una vez ya puestas las calcomanías, y aprovechando que tenemos los tanques con barniz brillante, añadiremos el perfilado.

Para ello utilizaré dos colores, mezclados al 50%. El Verde Oliva (Liquid Acrylic 816) y el negro (Liquid Acrylic 824).

Una vez tengamos esta mezcla, añadiré un 40% de agua, para volverla más líquida-

El motivo de usar esta gama de colores, más propia de bellas artes que de maquetismo, es debido a que son acrílicas liquidas, preparadas para aerografía, pero con más pigmento que cualquiera de las pinturas para aerógrafo de maquetismo del mercado, por lo que con una sola pasada, tenemos los perfilados perfectamente definidos.

Por ello, al añadir agua a esta mezcla, no perderé pigmentación en el trabajo de perfilado.

Como tenemos toda la mini con barniz brillante, al colocar la pintura sobre la zona que queremos perfilar, esta se deslizará perfectamente hasta ponerse sola en su posición.

Lo único que deberemos hacer de vez en cuando, es eliminar alguna mancha no deseada del color del perfilado, que la retiraremos con Diluyente para Aerógrafo (Auxiliar 361).

Perfilaremos el primer tanque en todas las ranuras y en los bordes de las piezas que sobresalen, como son las herramientas, escotillas,…

As we have all the mini with glossy varnish, when placing the painting on the area that we want to profile, it will slide perfectly until it is put alone in its position.
The only thing that we have to do from time to time, is to eliminate some unwanted spot of the color of the profiling, that we will remove it with Diluent for Airbrush (Auxiliar 361).

We will profile the first tank in all the grooves and edges of the protruding parts, such as tools, hatches, ...

No sólo lo aplicamos en el cuerpo del tanque, sino que la torreta se le aplica con el mismo criterio.

Hacemos el mismo perfilado al segundo tanque.

We do the same profiling to the second tank.

Para continuar debemos tener bien seco este perfilado, que yo recomiendo entre 6 y 24 horas, para evitar ningún problema, se debe proceder a aplicar Barniz Mate.

Para ello he usado el barniz mate de Vallejo (Auxiliar 520), aplicado con aerógrafo.

El motivo de aplicar el barniz Mate en esta fase es por dos motivos.

- En los siguientes procesos de envejecimiento, los efectos utilizados se adherirán mejor.

- Como teníamos colocado el barniz brillante inicialmente sobre el que hemos puesto las calcas, al poner el barniz mate hemos conseguido que el reborde transparente que llevan todas las calcas, que suelen afear el trabajo, desaparece como por arte de magia.

En este punto, ya tenemos los tanques listos para poder usarlos para jugar partidas de wargames.

Pero como ya os he dicho en otros trabajos, a mí me gusta ir siempre un poco más allá.
